CROSS Up or Down 1 hour

This market will resolve to "Up" if the CROSS price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is the Binance Futures index price of the CROSSUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract, published at https://www.binance.com/en/futures/funding-history/perpetual/index (select CROSSUSDT). The Binance Futures index price is a weighted composite of prices from multiple constituent price sources; the current constituents and weights are published at https://fapi.binance.com/fapi/v1/constituents?symbol=CROSSUSDT.
